Drinks
Main Street Columbia
-
Bourbon - classy, speakeasy type of feel with great craft cocktails. Has two sides-- one for drinks and one for food & drinks
-
Hall's - long bar in the front and small, intimate bar further back. Fabulous cocktails and top notch service
-
Prohibition - new to Columbia, but making a big impact. Delicious drinks and live music in a dark environment
-
Hendrix - interesting cocktail combinations in an indoor or outdoor setting. Sit at the bar inside the second level of the historic Columbia building or venture to the third floor for a rooftop experience
Five Points & Devine Street
-
Goat's - long list of craft cocktails (all are fantastic), curated beer and wine selection in an equally artistically curated space topped off with mood lighting
-
Publico - great for a casual stop in when you're craving a beer or margarita
-
Home Team - my go-to during football season. Good beer selection and great cocktails and frozen drinks
The Vista
-
The Aristocrat - two-sided historic Columbia building with craft cocktails and jazz inside
-
Art Bar - great beer selection. Late night food and drinks inside or on the patio
-
Bierkeller - fresh, traditionally brewed German beers in a Bierhalle setting on the river
West Columbia
-
Steel Hands Brewery (Cayce) - my favorite brewery in town. Great rotating list of beers with interesting flavors. The coffee lager is a must-try. Good food, too!
-
Savage Craft - in a historic train station, you'll find various freshly brewed beers, but I go for the cocktails. Take your pick of sitting outdoors, inside, or on the rooftop facing the city
-
Black Rooster - rooftop views of the river looking toward downtown Columbia paired with craft cocktails
-
WeCo Biergarten - no-frills Biergarten with a family feel
